This one causes me a deep sadness.
The holes in the hands of Jesus were put there for Leonard Cohen as much as for any one of us, but did he know it, and did he go to the cross to receive this free gift of eternal bliss?
Or is he one of the many millions who chose their own way, only to find that there are many roads, but only one door, and he didn’t have the key, and no second chance to go back for it, to his eternal regret?

Yes Nov 7, 2016, a very sad day. Such a loss, thanks for the poem Neil – it’s beautiful!
