The Pickup Truck

Family vacation Okanagan Lake 1972. Photo by author.
Picture of Lahaina harbor in the mid-1800s. At the height of the whaling industry there could be up to 100 whaling ships at anchor in the Lahaina roadstead.
“Twin Flukes” soapstone sculpture by James Warren, purchased in a gallery in Lahaina. A wonderful memory of the humpback whales who come to the area to calve and play in the warm protected waters between the islands of Maui and Lanai.
